    The CPAP Hose Coupling Swivel Adapter provides better comfort and freedom of movement for your CPAP/BiPAP machine set-up. This component manufactured by Philips Respironics will fit most CPAP hoses.  

    It has a 360-degree rotation feature that prevents extended hoses from getting torsion creases. Other adapters may kink or pull on the CPAP mask when you move, but the CPAP hose coupling swivel adapter with its 360-degree rotation creates a smooth and worry-free CPAP tubing connection.
