This is the replacement Nasal Pillow for the OptiLife Mask interface by Philips Respironics.

These soft contoured nasal pillows fit comfortably to the nostrils, quickly forming an effective seal. Replace damaged, lost, or worn nasal pillows to make your mask feel brand new again. Damaged or worn nasal pillows can affect the efficiency and quality of the seal of your mask. Over normal extended use, the nasal pillow can soften and become less effective at maintain the seal. Having a good seal is critical in the effective delivery of therapy, so make sure your nasal pillows are always in good shape by always having a replacement set on hand. It is recommended to replace your nasal pillows every three to six months.
People suffering from obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) have difficulty in getting good restful sleep. When patients with this OSA attempt to sleep, their airways collapse and obstruct their breathing. Difficulty breathing during sleep causes these patients to awaken often or to fail to go into deep sleep. To prevent the airways from becoming obstructed, an effective therapy involves applying continuous positive air pressure (CPAP) to the airways, preventing them from collapsing. Effective delivery of CPAP requires a stable and consistent seal formed by the OptiLife mask.
OptiLife Nasal pillows form effective and comfortable seals to provide you with good sleep therapy. If the Nasal Pillows are damaged, replace them to get the most out of your therapy. Replacing old nasal pillows will also extend the usage of the mask.
